The staff including the manager of the store down to a brand new trainee are phenomenal! The manager, (Sean I believe ) Aaron, Emily, Noah, and a few others took extremely excellent care of my every question and purchase. I’m definitely a customer for life! Well done Verizon!

Last year we changed carriers from spectrum to Verizon after talking to agent Riley and district manager Hayley ! They promised us a better price than spectrum and two free iPhones ! What a huge mistake !! We started getting bills for over $100 a month more than what they promised which Hayley said she fixed in the system ( lie ) we were told after 4 months of signing up and multiple time going to the store to fix issues with service , and eventually changing back to spectrum that we would not be charged for our phones (lie)We were charged over $2500 for service over what we were promised!! These people at Belmont verizon and manager Hayley took a huge advantage of us and we payed dearly! Hope you can sleep at night !!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff is uneducated and management is nonexistent. Seems like they take advantage of the older generation who are less educated in electronics… DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! After trying every avenue to help my mom she is stuck with a phone that does not meet her simple expectations of being able to send videos of her grand child… again the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed.

Wouldn't recommend this location. I came in and was ignored for over an hour before I decided to leave and go somewhere else. The one staff that was on duty was helping someone else, who arrived before me, but to wait for over an hour and not even ask what I am in for is ridiculous. Who knows it could've been resolved with a quick answer. I got fed up when I looked at the staff member and saw she was on her phone and decided to leave, even though I had been waiting over an hour to ask one question. Will not be coming back to this store.

My mother is 87 years old. She has a flip phone as it answers a call when you flip it. Her charger was compromised when her cat chewed on the wire. I was surprised that Verizon still carried that charger. The person who helped me was alone and "juggling " 3 customers at the same time.

Great job Tessa, helping my wife and I, in acquiring our new phones and resolving all of our concerns. It couldn't of gone better. As well, thanks for walking us through the process without as much as a hiccup. Your definitely a dedicated Verizon rep and your knowledge and customer service is second to none.
