Attentive, trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile for a positive experience. Rafferty Auto sells used cars so there's a chance something could happen, but don't let that deter you, as Ryan will make it right. I recommend getting an extended warranty when buying a used car and they have some great plans, reasonably priced. They also have a top end service department for repairs and Justin, their service manager, stays on top of things. I highly recommend this dealership!”

“Ya'll if anyone knows the ins and outs of how an auto shop runs, it's me, so I'm hard to impress. From the very first phone call when I talked to Bill, I had an idea this was going to be my next shop (needed to find a new one after moving to the area). He was so kind and personable when giving me the "run-down" or how this shop works. It was effortless to set up an appointment with him and he had an estimated price almost instantly. I was able to drop off the car before I went into work and they had it done before I could even get to a lunch break! The paying over the phone and the after hours pick up worked flawlessly as well. The real proof is in the pudding though: the product they delivered. Not only was everyone super nice and knowledgeable, but my car was back to tip-top condition when I picked it up! It drives like a dream and I feel safe in it again. I will not only be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on, but I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know. When you find a good shop like this one, you make sure everyone knows. Because if you have a car, you know being able to trust a shop with it is huge, and Eurasian allows me to do that with them.”

“My wife’s car had developed a slow leak Friday. She filled it with air and by Sunday, it was down again. I looked and could see the screw that was the culprit right in the center of the tire. It was Sunday morning, about 11:20. I called Tire Warehouse in Laconia and
Pete answered. Since it was Sunday, I asked if they were doing patches or if they were just open for other reasons. He said they could do a patch. I asked what time, telling him that I was local and could be there soon. He said, can you get here in 10 minutes? I did. He and his team got me in and out. Less than an hour later - I was back home with the screw out and the tire patched. Thanks, Pete and the TW Laconia team. You guys rock.”

“I always come to this location of Valvoline because this place is so well run. This visit was even better because of Dennis, one of the Valvoline crew. I pulled into the lot, Dennis greeted me, asked what services I needed performed (oil change and inspection), told me where to pull me car up to and how long it would take. Once I my car was in the bay, he kept me apprised of what was being done and made recommendations, although he did not try to sell me anything.
Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I always come to this Valvoline but now the experience is even better because of Dennis. This guy is terrific and is an outstanding customer service person.

“Was actually sent to this location by the Plymouth crew, and boy was I impressed! Plymouth never answers the department phone, only had 3 tires in the brand I was looking for, and is horribly understaffed. I showed up at the Tilton Walmart auto center to replace 4 tires (without an appointment) at about noon last Thursday and staff was friendly, efficient and had my car up on the lift with the quickness! 5 Stars across the board from me for sure!
