I went to VIP on Friday to inquire about some new tires for my Jeep. I had a great experience with a young man named Tim. He was very knowledgeable about the different tires and helped me to pick out some new tires. Tim helped me to save $195.00 with a rebate and AARP discount. Tim was able to get me in the next day and take care of everything by noontime. The tires I got were Vredestein Pinza AT 265/60R 18 I love the way they ride and looking forward to trying them in the snow this winter. They look great on my Grand Cherokee. Thank you VIP.

Went for state inspection the other day, everyone else couldnt get my truck in for a few days/weeks. Vip had me come down and got me in that day. Great service.

I brought my car in without an appointment because my tire kept losing air. They fit me in, repaired the tire with the nail in it, rotated my tires and sent me a bill for $0.00 because I'd purchased the tires from them. Plus the customer service is friendly and always very helpful! I will always go to them for service.

I recently had a nail in one of my tires that was quickly letting air out. I called VIP in Bedford and they made an immediate appointment. I absolutely love this shop. They are quick, courteous and do absolutely great work. I would highly recommend bringing your car in for service here. It is definitely much better that a dealership.

I came in to get new tires and have an Oil change everybody here was friendly courteous Answered all my questions and the best thing was they did not try to sell me something that I did not need and I highly appreciate that out of real professionals And these guys were definitely professional thank you very much and I will be back for any other work I need done

I switched my regular car maintenance services from the dealership to VIP and was amazed by the great service provided. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and provided a quick service while I waited at the shop. Additionally, it was so easy to schedule and get an appointment. Overall, I would recommend it to everyone for a great customer service for your car in a quick and efficient manner.

This was my first visit to the Bedford VIP. Tim did an amazing job letting me know what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend this location and its amazing front desk and techs who work out back. Thank you for making this experience possible with everything that was done
