This company did the books for my business for years. The problem is that they do not respond in a timely manner, especially if you need important documents. They also do not update your books monthly but they charge you for it. I’ve requested them to stop services 6 months ago and I’m still being charged and NO ONE is responding to me now. Unprofessional

It was recommended that I use the services of Supporting Strategies. I contacted them, were introduced to "my "team and since that time it has been nothing else than a sensational experience. The are always very professional, very friendly and are very easy to work with. If I have a question , they answer very promptly. They also ask questions if they are not sure of how to classify a specific transaction or similar. Using Supporting Strategies has saved me and my company time and money.
