The guys here are so nice! I had an emergency with 2 flat tires and had to have it towed as a walk in and I was in and out in 1 hour! Amazing work guys! Thank you! I'd come back ANYTIME! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

As always with my visits to Bedford Sullivan tire the whole staff from the front desk to the back of the house are fantastic. Very professional courteous and proficient. I highly would recommend this store

Everyone I know who has ever gone here for an inspection fails, for issues that don’t exist. My wife went here, with her Honda Civic, and they said there was a hole in the exhaust. I brought to my mechanic to repair, and after smoke testing for three hours couldn’t find a hole. The mechanic at Sullivan refused to point out where the hole was and said ‘I ant find it, but there’s a hole, so I’m not passing you’.
Real quality professionalism at its best.
I finally went to Honda of Manchester, who looked at it, determined there was no hole and put a sticker on it.
There master mechanic is a hack, looking to make work for himself.

The experience started out poor as I had a morning drop off appt and dropped my car at 7:40AM expecting it to be done in the 10:30-1PM timeframe. At 3PM, I called and it hadn't even gone into the bay yet. At 5:15 I showed up pretty mad and my car was just coming out of the bay. The issue was apparently they thought they had the car all day whereas I made a morning appt so I would have it in the afternoon.
Roger (I think, I fogot his name), who was obviously crazy busy, was professional and gave me a courtesy discount for my frustration. I was mad when I came in and figured I would not ever return but his professionalism changed my mind and I'll be back. I always say issues can/will happen, it's how you deal with them that shows me who you are and I was OK with how he dealt with the situation.

I moved to NH in 1987 and have been with Sullivan Tire since then, as a customer. I have utilized their services in Derry, Salem, Nashua, Manchester and Bedford. They have always been awesome to me and there for emergency situations, when it's when we really need a great auto service company! I have been going to the Bedford location for years now and hands down they are frigging awesome!!!! As a female, I never have to worry or fear being taken advantage of for unnecessary services or repairs! That is HUGE! They have a solid long-term team there and now team members are owners...I love this company philosophy!!!! Thank you Bedford Team for keeping me safe!!! You ROCK!!!!!!
