From the get go Tyler had the most helpful attitude. He explained every step of the boot fitting, parts of the boots and their function all in a very clear way. I struggle with verbalizing feelings and bodily sensations and Tyler never made me feel like I was crazy but instead understood exactly what I was describing! “These employees deserve pay raises. We’re here on vacation and stopped in at this location. The store manger confronted a guy (clearly a regularly because she knew his name) and asked him to remove the shoes from his shorts that he had swiped off of the shelf. She made sure staff and the other customers were safe and then chased him through the mall until security got him.”
