Very clean and inviting. Sol has helped me increase my flexibility and strength in a way gyms can’t compete with. I have made some great friends here and enjoy the diversity of classes. Thank you!!

Amazing community in Bedford! Genuinely the nicest people I’ve ever met and the classes are fun and challenging at the same time. I would have gone every day if I had the time :) highly recommend the 9:30am class with Arie or any power class!!

I signed up for their Intro Month last fall and now I have a membership because I go so often! Lovely little studio with great energy and all the teachers are awesome.
