This is the worst company I ever experienced in my life. I haven’t had wifi in my apartment for 11 weeks. Every time I call they say a technician will come to fix my internet connection and no one has came in 11 WEEKS. I hope this company goes bankrupt and no one ever gets to experience them ever again.

Moved into a Senior community that require we use this internet service. Internet went down before 8am, I reported it and still down at 3:29pm with no reason other than total outage and we don’t have a reason why and no time for resolution. What kind of customer service is that?
