“This 5 star rating is well deserved. We called for a spare tire w/rim. The attendant quoted us a price and said that it would be in the next day by 11 am, advised we call first to confirm arrival. We did, it was there. and we picked it up for the quoted price. The entire transaction including both calls took about 10 minutes. The folks in Hooksett Tire Warehouse know how to treat people.
Years ago my teenage son, stopped in worried about a sudden low tire, turns out he'd picked up a nail and needed a plug. They quickly fixed his tire and sent him on his way, no charge! I was grateful for their kindness to him. I highly recommend this business!”

“Got me in quickly. Reception (Melissa) was very friendly and professional. Repaired the tire that had the problem but also checked all 3 other tires (fortunately) and found a nail in a second tire. Work was done very well and completed in a timely manner while I waited in the comfortable waiting room. Very happy with The Specialists and will be back.”
“My car wouldn’t start, the message on my dash said “service transmission” and, as anyone would, my husband and I panicked that we would need to get a whole new one. As soon as we told the guys are silver line what was going on they reassured us it most likely wasn’t that…and sure enough they were right! They serviced it quickly and found out what the issue was. It sounded like a simple fix and didn’t try to “sell” us on everything else that could be wrong with my Jeep. We had them put new tires on as well and when all was said and done we walked away without breaking the bank! We are grateful they took care of it so quickly. The only thing that held them up was waiting on the tires we ordered. We will absolutely be back for future services!”

“I just started going to the Speedy Lube on Second St in Manchester NH over the last month. Ive been her 2 times, the first time for a driver side caliper and the 2nd time for a passenger side caliper and State Inspection. Both times I staff as a whole are very friendly... From the front end to the mechanic's working on your car. Secondly they go out of their way to help their customers. The first time I was there for the driver's side front caliper, nobody had the caliper in stock except in Boston Massachusetts. They put the order in and had the caliper delivered to them from Boston. The order went in about 1pm and the ETA was 4pm for delivery. The caliper came in at 4pm and they had it all installed by 4:30pm for me. Then there's the honesty and integrity they have for their customers. I got price quotes of $300 to $480 parts and labor for each caliper. They did the job for $150.00 parts and labor... It's hard to find a good, honest shop with reasonable prices. They check all the boxes off and do it with a smile. The owner Brian and his Sister own the shop and I truly believe u wouldn't find a better shop here in Manchester. I'll do a follow up on this review to tell people about my 2nd time here which was today, for a inspection and the other front caliper.... But needless to say again they went above and beyond to take care of me. I'm a customer for life and will spread my story as much as possible to hopefully gain them some more business, which is the least I can do for them. A+++ people & service.”
“Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. Incredible place and will return time and time again, without a doubt. Thank you Mike, and Pro-Image.”
“I've gone to this body shop for years - at least 20! Phyllis and Dave are good, honest, hard working people. They've gotten me in when I was in a crunch even though they were already pretty booked up (drive by their shop, you'll see that they have TONS of customers bringing their cars there- there's a reason for this!) Especially as a woman, it is not always easy trusting body shops because so many try to take advantage and tell us we need things when we really don't. I can rest assured that if Dave's is telling me I need something fixed/replaced, it's the truth!”

“After my tire blew on a highway due to metal debris left by a trucker, I was shaken my blood pressure was high, terrible headache. A tow truck took me to my local shop per my request. The employees were very friendly and explained to me I had to replace all 4 tires unfortunately since i have a 4WD and my other tires were 2 y.o., there was no way to match it. It was another shock, but I agreed. They were done within 30 min and gave me a discount which pleasantly surprised me especially in my shaken state. Highly recommend.”

“I recently moved and am no longer close to Motorcar. As such, I began using a different garage, located closer to me. I tolerated pricey oil changes (almost 50% more $$), excuses like "we didn't rotate your tires because they didn't need it" (ummm...they don't look like they need it because they are rotated every oil change), and pricey brake work.
Finally, I had enough and decided to go back to Motorcar. Despite the drive and need for a loaner, I am glad that I made the decision. I never have to worry, and I pay a fair price.”

“I went to VIP on Friday to inquire about some new tires for my Jeep. I had a great experience with a young man named Tim. He was very knowledgeable about the different tires and helped me to pick out some new tires. Tim helped me to save $195.00 with a rebate and AARP discount. Tim was able to get me in the next day and take care of everything by noontime. The tires I got were Vredestein Pinza AT 265/60R 18 I love the way they ride and looking forward to trying them in the snow this winter. They look great on my Grand Cherokee. Thank you VIP.”
