I went in and asked for acrylic and I got an ombre effect. The nails on the front came out fine but the underside you see everything that wasn’t done. My old nail polish is still there. They didn’t saw the whole color off. And it’s hot pink is my old color with orange. I left and called the place ans he told me he didn’t have time because someone else was coming.

I used to go here all the time and they were phenomenal. In the last year, they’ve gotten worse. My manicure was over in 18 minutes which would be great but I felt no pampering at all. There was no hand massage from the nail tech and my cuticles weren’t trimmed and pushed back enough so it looks grown out the day after the manicure. My pedicure was better than the manicure but not by much. I’ll no longer be bringing my friends here nor will I be frequenting this establishment any longer. It’s a shame, they used to be so great. The only saving grace is my toes look great and he took care of my ingrown nails. But they also didn’t grab fresh sanitized tools so there’s that too.

This was my first time going to this nail salon and let me tell you I will be doing business with this salon further, & if you know me I’m very honest. Truly the best nail experience. Amazing staff, excellent service & their work ethic is truly inspiring. I had the honor of having tony do my nails & he absolutely went above & beyond and really did his thing and I am the happiest. Some other gentleman worked on my toes, I never caught his name but he was polite & did his thing! Prices are great, all of those negative reviews seem like a scam to me now because I had gotten a gel acrylic set, gel toes & my eyebrows waxed it was literally 125 with a 20$ tip! You go anywhere else and the prices are crazy but here they really care about how you feel & how you want it and that’s exactly what I like! Go get right ?

Nail indulgence is the best nail salon in Bedford. Vanessa and Louis are so helpful and their attention to detail is impeccable. They are able to help you pick the color you seek and a shape that suits what you're looking for. The salon is clean and quick to accommodate your timing preferences or appointments. They take pride in their work and are always able to execute on any inspiration pic you bring. I would trust no one else to make my nails look outstanding time in and time out. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

This place does listen to clients my nails were long when I arrived. they cut my nails after me saying I don’t want short nails. Stated I wanted rounded nails they made them square. they were uneven when confronted they started to talk in a different language to other co workers got mad. then continued to make square when she asked me again I said no I had to show her what I wanted. then she put nail polish on it looks like a non professional person did them. Nail polish is uneven could see my nail Ed in some spots missing nail polish by cuticle. she asked me how I like I said i could do a better job and I don’t paint nails oh she then again spoke another language to her coworkers rude in my eyes then I had my daughter in law with me we didn’t sit together so that didn’t make me happy this was supposed to be a fun thing with my new daughter in law when I asked how much I owe I gave more than what I owed and she assumed the extra money would be her tip I will never go back one star is not what they deserve this picture does not show how bad these nails really are. If this lasts a week I will be lucky.

Everyone in this establishment is professional, kind, communicative, a pleasure to be with and to have your nails done by. Every week I look forward to it and every week I am overjoyed by my results and the conversations between me and the employees. Very well run business, with even better people to accompany it! Do not go here! Read the other reviews too! I did not and totally wish I did. I went here with my 11 yo and 5 yo . My 5 yo got regular polish on her hands and toes. My 11 yo got gel on hands and regular on her toes. I have always thought that regular polish is less expensive than gel . ( I even called 6 other places to ask if that was right ) Nope not here they charged me $40 +for regular polish on my 5 yo . And 50+ on my 11 yo . I only got gel on my toes ….. it was $77!!! They also charged me $15 for removing my polish which took less than 2 minutes. I called other salons and they said they do not charge for this if you are getting your nails redone. The most expensive pedicure I have ever had in my life. After confronting them about the price especially bc my friends came with us ( they got all manicures and pedicures all gel ) and again I didn’t even get my nails done! Their bill was 114 and mine was 167 . I confronted them and they argued back with me for a while. The woman acted like she didn’t know English at all.( but she did when we walked in ) I called as well, just to again express the issue and nothing was resolved. Don’t go here !

Asked for the $40 pedi and they charged me $55 for a quick sloppy one, and then charged me $20 to remove polish from my nails ? the lady fought with me when I asked her about both. Won’t be going back!

I enjoy going here very much. There is plenty of massage with the pedicure, the dips last for weeks and while I usually get Apple, who is wonderful, I have never been unhappy when I got someone else. I get mai/pedis on a regular basis.
