Johnathan is a lifelong friend who I adore, he is a fantastic jeweler and an honest person, unlike Mark Robbins who has been known to switch precious stones and also has replaced expensive high carat gold with gold filled, Jonathan is the most honest person whom I trust completely with my heirlooms! I am writing to happily amend my review from October. Jonathan quickly contacted me and asked me to come in to discuss the ring. He gave me options on how to restore my great grandmother's ring to its former quiet elegance and beauty. Through a CAD design and then a wax model, I was able to tell almost exactly want my ring would look like at the end of the restoration. When I picked up the ring I was so pleased! It's beautiful! Jonathan also apologized for our initial meeting stating that he should have given me more options on how to repair the ring. I accepted his apology and am happy that we reached a wonderful conclusion. This ring will continue to shine brightly and someday be handed down to a 5th generation. For now, I will enjoy it for years to come and be connected to a woman I never met but nevertheless is part of my ancestry.

As somewhat newcomers to New Hampshire, we needed to have a fair amount of silver jewelry cleaned and polished. Jonathan's Jewelry was recommended by all of our neighbors. We took the jewelry in (including intricate charm bracelets being given to our grand-daughters as keepsakes.) When we picked them up, we were literally "blown away" by the transformation and the obvious care and detail in the cleaning process. They were better than new! This was followed by a recent situation where my husband bent his wedding ring trying to lift something way too heavy (!!). We took it in and the staff immediately took it back to Johnathan and he repaired the ring AND polished it to brand-new condition at NO CHARGE. We will definitely return. I absolutely love the work that this places does. I have worked with them for the past couple of years to get my engagement ring and my wedding band. They custom made the two rings, and they are exactly what I wanted. They are very accommodating and respond very quickly. I also wanted to get my ring welded together and they did an amazing job. I am going to recommend them to family and friends when they are looking for get custom jewelry from.

Really great customer service! I brought a watch in to be repaired not too long ago as the face of it was cracked. As it was attempting to be repaired, I received several updates from Jonathan's Jewelers on my watch. Communication was outstanding! Although the correct crystal could be found for my watch/too expensive to fix, Jonathan's found me a new watch similar to my broken one, of same brand! They even adjusted the size of the watch for me on the spot. The customer service was beyond outstanding, and I will 100% be back for any jewelry needs.

I'm going to be honest, my other half had a chain necklace that was a gift from there son, the chain was very tangled but it was important to get in untangled.You guys where fantastic and untangled it and I never felt judged for having a fairly inexpensive chain untangled.I was impressed.

This is the best place. We stumbled on it while visiting our daughter in Bedford NH. The staff are very polite, and helpful. The owner Jonathan is very, very nice accommodating, and most of all very fair on his pricing. I would recommend him hands down to anyone. He does appraisals, jewelry repair, jewelry creating, pretty much anything you want this man can do. There is another jeweler that works with him who is also very nice..... just don't know his name.

Words do not describe how great this place is, the entire team is warm and friendly. Tom is the absolute best. He custom designed the ring I proposed with and was helpful, knowledgeable and patient at each step of the way. My fiancé and I could not wait to go back and have Tom design our wedding bands. 5 stars is not enough!

Purchased a Cartier watch for my wife. And needed work on clasp. I reached out too other jewelers who just seemed uninterested in helping me get it fixed. When I called Jonathan Jewelers he actually answered and was willing to help. I went there expecting to be charged a good amount . When he was done. I asked how much and he says 5.00. This is when I knew he was honest , trustworthy and fair. I couldn’t leave just paying 5.00. So I bought a nice pure silver antique pendant for 100.00. Thank you for excellent service.....

I highly recommend Jonathan’s Jewelers for anyone looking for quality and expertise. Tom has a vast knowledge of material and his craftsmanship is remarkable. I was blown away by his guidance with resetting my engagement ring and wedding band into a metal I was not allergic to. He also recreated a custom mother’s necklace to add my 3rd child. Also a big thank you for staying within my budget.

Jonathan and his team are awesome. We purchased our wedding bands, I resized my engagement ring and had an antique ring restored. My husband needed his wedding band stretched and I needed a necklace fixed. We went in and the next day they were done and turned out great. Staff is amazing and I highly recommend them.
