Pet supplies Plus have a great collection of supplies with reasonable prices. there strength is there grooming services. they have some wonderful people as groomers. they care for the animals and are personable and interactive with the clients. all the staff up front are knowledgeable and courteous. Renee was especially wonderful with my older dog

Poor customer service. They just don't seem to care. Not helpful when asked where product is. They just point. Too much socializing.

Friendliest pet supply store around. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They have a good amount food for pets, including insects for our reptiles. It's a smaller store but they have everything we need, including grooming.

Everyone there is extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I brought my 7 year old rescue there for her first grooming appointment. Jake was great with her! I appreciate the time & effort he had caring for her! Thank you!!

We've been shopping PSP and getting our pets groomed there since they opened. With the labor shortage the attitudes of the cashier and manager has declined. I was trying to measure a circle to select the right sizes cat collar and got a blunt unfriendly NO when I asked for a tape measure, piece of string and finally negotiated w/ the manager to give me a piece of register tape. Scowl and snarky. 6/3/22 5pm

Nice sized store with competitive pricing and good sales. The employees are also all really helpful and offer to help with heavy dog food bags. Also really Love (can't say enough great things about) the grooming Salon! Jordan is amazing and takes great care of our pets for us!

Reliably good grooming. Reasonable prices with lots of coupons available. Jordan has been grooming my labradoodle for the past few years and she does a great job every time. Always super busy though! Definitely need to schedule an appointment, though I was picking up once and the gentleman in front of me was a walk in and they squeezed him in for a nail cut so they are also accommodating.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with pet supplies. I have groomed my maltipoo here various times before and they had done a great job. However, I brought him in recently after his neutering since he has some knots near his neck due to his cone, but he was well groomed otherwise with no other knots. The groomer told us that he needed to be shaved but "would leave as much hair as possible", so we assumed only the two areas that had knots would be shaved while the rest would just be shortened, but that was not the case. Our maltipoo was shaved completely, and there was barley any hair left on his body and even his face. It honestly feels like they just didn't even try to keep some of his hair, and just shaved head to toe to get it over with it. Our pup has been irritated with his body ever since and has been acting depressed for the past 2 days.... It feels like we have another dog... :( It's so frustrating to see how no hair was left in areas that did not need to be shaved (i.e. his face, head, paws), and not enough effort was put it in to keep a maltipoo's best quality, which is his hair. We will not be bringing our dog here anymore, especially after seeing how a proper haircut looks like for maltipoos with matted hair, which is not like this.

My household (many, MANY creatures) are big fans of this location. We are in multiple times a week and we've always gotten great advice and service. Just switched dog food for the third time, and got several great recommendations to start with. I've got just two very minor issues with this location - the lacking number of cat toys (possibly not the fault of the store itself, but its distribution center) and the behavior of a couple of the employees this week. I understand the gentlemen are young, and I am NOT faulting them for that, but that's when it falls to supervisors to correct and coach them to maybe stock more, and joke around less. The two young men I have in mind were blocking one end of the aisle, goofing around, and in the entire time (5-8 minutes) I was in the aisle choosing three or four items I saw just two individual pieces of merchandise get stocked. And saw lots of animated silliness. And one of them left their beverage on the shelf too. I wonder if just one of them had been stocking, would the cat toys have been better filled by the time I'd gotten to that section?
