I have never felt so listened to! The background story was my beautiful green purse was confiscated at a Rolling Stones concert because it wasn't " See thru." Iwas 68 at the time and not a threat! I saw a nearly identical purse by Anne Klein on Home Tomorrow. Their staff worked it out for me to obtain!! Their excellent customer service renewed my faith in people. I can't thank them enough.

I had a great experience! I was in desperate need of a refrigerator and they had one that was perfect for my kitchen. I got a response right away assuring me it worked as expected. I purchased online and got a quick response and was able to pick up right away with assistance from two nice men. It works great, great price, and proceeds go to a worthy cause. I will continue to support them in the future.

I have purchased many items from Home Tomorrow over the years and the process was easy and convenient. Recently, I purchased a rug which unfortunately wasn't what I expected, colors wouldn't work for me. I checked it out while picking it up and explained that to Doreen and my money was refunded. Though that rug wasn't the right one for me, my experience was very positive.

WOW, I can't say enough good about this organization. We bought a mattress this week and the customer service was astounding. They helped me choose the right one, sent me everything I needed to find them, and we arrived to see smiling faces of people who helped us load our purchase into the truck. Incredible bargain prices too!

I texted my eta as requested an hour ahead of time and was running ahead of schedule after being on the road for hours. Person was unprepared and tried to make me wait an hour. Wouldn’t help load. Item wasn’t ready and was in back of other furnitures. Guy who finally got there and helped barely helped and didn’t ensure item was fully in vehicle without walking off. Person who takes messages and phone calls just tried to argue w me rather than complete transaction. Very unprofessional all around. Don’t see any reason to do business w in future.
