Had a bad experience at another location. Called this one right before close and relayed my story of just trying to swap some “blank” cases from an online order for the original ones. The GA (mike i think…) was super understanding, didnt have to be, but was empathetic about the situation. He actually asked what some of the titles were that i was looking to swap right over the phone. All and all, it was a good experience and it felt like the rep listened and cared. This is the type of person that shines above the rest and will progress when others dont. Thank you :)

its currently 1:30 in the afternoon and they claim they open at 12 pm... i got here at 12 and they were closed and i figured they may just be stuck in traffic, so i went home. well guess what, i come back an hour and a half later, and they're still closed! this isn't even the first time this has happened, i don't know if its the management or just the staff, but these staff seem extremely incompetent. i once walked in and there was nobody there... very bad service as well

Was just there today and the unkept guy behind the desk was rude from the moment anyone walked in. Wouldn’t stop asking us if we needed batteries or controller, we had to tell him no at least 3x. We let him know over and over we just wanted to purchase the used Xbox they had in stock. He went unhinged when he found out we had signed up for some membership at another store instead of with him and refused to sell us the Xbox. He was rude, condescending and overall seemed like he hated his life. Never had such awful service anywhere in my life.

Rude clerk. I asked for help buying a game for a 14 year old and he refused because I couldn't answer his questions about the kid's interests. Then he questioned me about my use of a gift card. Strange. But overall just rude throughout the whole encounter. Try a different location or different store. I literally went there because I figured they would be helpful.

Store employee (might have even been a manager) was snarky and rude about me returning an item. This retail chain is a sinking ship.

OK for some small items. Pokémon store will obviously have more but sometimes gamestop is cheaper on some things. But please for the Love of God NO thank you I do not want your $25 membership and PLEASE STOP pressuring a parent to buy this in front of their child. It makes me extremely uncomfortable. Just stop Please!

This review is for the owner of this store .You apparently cannot retain staff at all. Most times I have to wait 30 minutes while store hours are in session to get in. Today I go to grab something and low and behold to the store is closed due to no staff. You could have saved this place but your lack of skill and leadership was never going to work.

Worst game stop ever that scruffy looking employee trade to give me 26$ for my 299$ PlayStation slim 500gb. He stated their was a defect in the rubber on the trigger so that droos the price from 72$ to 26$...... How does that make sence in anyway shape or form he was so unpleasant worst experience at a game stop in my life
