Great upscale consignment store, high-end only like the lowest brand they have is anthropologie so that’s saying something. Ladies working there are super nice. Prices are a little steep for consignment stores, but I mean it’s in Bedford so I feel like that’s kind of a given.

I recently came across Chic Boutique Consignments online and the selection of items available was impressive and the inventory was great. The purchasing process was seamless and the website was easy to use. I appreciated the transparency in product descriptions and photos, which accurately represented the condition of the bags. The speed of the shipping was also fantastic and I received my order much faster than expected.

I’ve visited twice now and can’t begin to even explain how awesome the customer service is! So friendly and helpful! If the salesladies are assisting another customer, simply begin browsing and they will be right with you. Excellent selection of quality clothing and not your typical “high end” shop with Abercrombie, Tahari, and Urban Outfitters. You’ll find an amazing collection of Louis Vuitton, Dior, Theory, Balenciaga (to name only a few) and so many awesome jeans presented for easy and convenient browsing. Prices are very reasonable too. The shop is clean and beautifully presented- all of the merchandise was in excellent condition- obviously they pride themselves on quality here! I stopped by hoping they might have a Moncler jacket and walked away with a beautiful vintage piece for an amazing price! Plus, the woman working there was so kind and truly took her time to make sure I’d love my purchase. Thanks- can’t wait to shop again! xo

At Chic Boutique Consignments you can consign your high end clothing and find new treasures to enjoy! And the women who work there (women owned and run business! +++) are just so kind and helpful. It's a really fun way to shop! I've even made friends with other shoppers while there (who doesn't need a buddy to tell you "yes, you should get that - it looks amazing on you!!" ) This weekend they're having a 20% off sale winter items so go in and grab em! BUYERS BEWARE. I went in before Christmas and purchased a piece of clothing for my mother as a gift. I was speaking to the staff (who were very friendly) and saying I hope this fits her and that she will like it. My mother tried it on at Christmas and it did not fit her. So I went to the store to return it and the person at the counter stated "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". I stated that the staff never told me that when I was purchasing the item. She said it would have been on my email receipt which I never received, and it would have been to late at that point anyway. I stated that not one person told me it was a final sale. The person at the desk showed me a small chalkboard sign that said "all sales final" which was hidden behind a plant on the counter, not viewable to people. I am not very familiar with how consignment works and I told them that when I was there buying the gift and still not one person said "all sales are final". Now I am stuck with something no one can use so I will now have to donate it! I am very disappointed!!

Go now. Amazing stuff! The negative reviews are a laugh. ????? it’s a resale shop. Always read the contract when consigning ? lots of new stuff here too, never worn.

This is one of my favorite thrift/consignment stores in all of New England! I drive all the way from Vermont to shop here, and it’s worth it - I always find such great items! The store is well-organized with natural light and nice decor, making for a very pleasant shopping experience (which definitely isn’t the norm for consignment shops!) The prices are reasonable considering the brands and quality of the clothing. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this store! They have such a huge variety of clothing for all styles and plenty of merchandise to choose from. I also love how the store is set up as some consignment shops feel like I'm shopping at a low end thrift store, but here I feel like I'm shopping at an upscale boutique. Would definitely recommend!
