“I have been a customer for five years and they have been very reliable servicing and supplying my fireplace pellet stove insert. Just today I had an issue getting it running after the long humid summer and Terri walked me through a couple checks over the phone to get it working, saving me a service call. “This depot is good, staff is helpful, a lot of items are always missing from the shelves and need to find a staff member to help, but that's more of a inconvenience then a issue. One issue I do have as being a pro getting help at the pro desk can sometimes be a pain as they are normally slammed busy, but on occasion the young staff on their cell phones.”
“I definitely prefer The Home Depot over the competition. I have noticed that they have jammed the front main isle with products, making it nearly impossible to navigate a cart through. I'm sure it's in an effort to steer you through the whole store, but it's inconvenient, to say the least. I will still always choose The Home Depot for price, product selection, and availability.”

There’s been two times I’ve been here without a model number and they’ve been able to sort out the part I’m looking for.Additionally, when Fischer & Paykel discontinued a part they were able to source a replacement quickly and efficiently.To the negative reviews here, if you’re buying a part, you always have to confirm it with the old part. Parts are CONSTANTLY being subbed, updated and made obsolete. Wrong parts happen in the best of circumstances.”
“Been going through nothing short of a nightmare with a new washer and dryer purchase, no fault of Home Depot directly. I'm telling you if this store didn't have such an AMAZING OUTSTANDING manager I really would have been unable to deal with this. If you ever shop there and need a legitimately caring person to help you out, ask for Paul the store manager. (A couple of times I've had to speak with I think the regional or district manager Diane and she's a hoot, very helpful as well.) I know the customer service desk can be a little stuffy but we don't spend much time there so I cannot say much more. We always get impeccable service from Sheila the cashier and her manager Tracy... they always help us and are super friendly. Will for sure continue to shop here and I will never step foot into Lowes... now they have the unfriendly staff....”
“Needed to rent a better chainsaw and called them up. Helpful on the phone and provided more than I thought they would: Safety gear, helmet with visor, gas, chain oil, and the chainsaw. Clear rates and friendly service. Would rent tools from here again.”
“I had a great buying experience at Fireside Living in Bedford. Walked in on a Saturday and met two employee installers(Chris and Drew) who sold me on a fireplace insert instead of gas logs. Two weeks later the installation was complete just before the April storm. The challenge in the installation was access to the fireplace flue because of the topography around the chimney. It required three ladders to be used around the chimney and the roof. Great install and an excellent product!”
