We had to put my 14 year old GSP Weeko down recently and everyone was so lovely and accommodating. “We took my appy Spud down for ongoing foot problems. He just kept getting abscesses. He has been nerved and there has just been no real soundness. We resorted to glue on shoes because of white line that was destroying his hoof wall. They took additional films, reviewed all of his prior records and it was determined that he has pedal osteitis. A farrier put klogg shoes on and doxy was prescribed. He is comfortable, and although I know we have a long road ahead of us, I know we'll get there. He is going back down in May for another set of shoes and xrays. To think this all started with a stick going up through his coffin bone in 2018. Thank you Dr Davis and your team for making my boy feel better.”
