Bought a trailer from them two weeks ago. Paid $15,000, one lump sum. Derek Sawyer, the service advisor would in no way give me a quick complimentry inspection. Charged me $90 bucks for it. Turns out two axle seals needed replacing. That's fine since the purchase was as is, but to charge me $90 is ridiculous. In addition my friend purchased a trailer from them at the same time, and I was thinking of recommending this place to another friend for another trailer purchase. Not after the treatment once paperwork was signed. They sent me thank you mugs in the mail.....a thank you inspection would have been more suitable.

Travelled from FL to NH in RV and developed what we thought were DPF issues that needed attention. Found these guys close to where we were staying and they quickly and efficiently diagnosed a valve issue in EGR, replaced the valve and within a day were happily on our way. We appreciate the detail in getting us back on road to FL.
