I wanted to wait a full 90 days after purchase to write this post. They make the process very easy, though their lot is not like most car lots. They rebuild cars so there is a lot of weaving through rows, but they have a wide variety and their crew knows their history and is honest about the cars which still need work. They let me take the car that I was interested in off-site when I asked to bring it to my mechanic - no questions asked. They were also helpful and understanding when my mechanic suggested they change some suspension parts, which they did, plus some other little repairs. The 30 day warranty was great, had a battery die and a CEL come on and they fixed both no hesitation. Even 60 days after I still don't have issues. They do a good job and take their work seriously. Just communicate, listen and use your brain and you should get a good deal here. Seems like customers not listening and making poor choices earns the company a few bad reviews. These guys seem solid. Would shop again in the future.

This was the first time I purchased a car 100% sight unseen and not test driven. I was nervous. However, Nazar and team made the process as easy as possible, though with some hiccups along they way...none of which were their fault.
I did a nationwide search for this car with plans to fly and drive or ship a car home. I am most of the country away from NH. I was very interested in the car I found at ODA, but wanted to cover my bases and make sure it was a wise purchase. The ODA team made sure to answer all of my questions, or to find answers if they didn't have them. The car was a specialty vehicle, with many modifications, and an aftermarket tune.
Nazar personally drove the car to a mechanic I selected so I could have the car tested, inspected, and ask more questions of the tech there. He facilitated the drop off and pick up and never complained about having to do this for me (someone who had given no money at this point).
Once I was comfortable with the car and made the purchase, ODA helped facilitate the pickup/delivery and sent me constant photos of the odometer next to an iWatch so I knew no one was driving it or otherwise messing with the car after purchase. They even sent some goodies for me in the glove box.
The big issue came when I requested all paperwork and title be priority mailed via USPS. Nazar offered to put it all in the car as well. Should have taken that advice. USPS lost it. We had tracking. I called ODA often. They kept on top of USPS and began the process of ordering a replacement title. Finally, USPS found it and I got all required documentation.
The team at ODA was honest ( I got exactly what I paid for ), helpful (See above), and patient with me and all my calls, questions, etc. Now I'm drifting on dirt roads and having a blast.

I'm a pretty particular guy and was completely over-the-top preparing to buy my first vehicle. I randomly passed the ODA lot, saw "MY" truck, and was relentless in my pursuit. I expressed my interest shortly after ODA got the truck on the lot and before a thorough inspection took place. Nazar was incredible not only leading the charge for this milestone but dealing with all of my questions and excitement. Nazar quoted me a price that I accepted and he never upcharged me when their amazing mechanic diagnosed needed repairs. Nazar recommended a bank for my loan, addressed my concerns and requests, handled all paperwork and advised me every step of the way. My experience was better than I could have ever expected. 10 out of 10; highly recommend! ODA is worth it!

Came here a week ago to buy a used Honda Odyssey. All of the guys that work here are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They not only helped with the purchasing aspect but helped me with all of the steps that come afterward when buying a vehicle. There was one issue with the van after I had already purchased it and they told me to bring it back and fixed it immediately free of charge. Highly recommend going to ODA!

After looking for a car for a month. I came across ODA auto. it took almost 30 min looking at various cars for sale. I was really shocked at the variety of cars available and the prices were unbelievable . I bought one immediately. Before leaving I told them I would be back to purchase a car for my daughter.
