“Bath Fitter was a little more expensive than the other estimates we got, but we decided that custom acrylic tub / showers are a better product than three-piece fiberglass units. The lifetime warranty was also assuring. Other contractors wouldn't agree to stand by their work like Bath Fitter.The fact that removal of our old shower and tub was done in one day made it a lot easier to coordinate having workers in our house. Our salesperson, Drew, was great. He clearly valued our business, but he wasn't too pushy about selling the job. Our installers, James and Darrin, were also great. Hard workers who were very professional and provided polished results.”
