7 Myles Dr, Auburn“First review of a gas station. . . Ever. This review is in regards to the convenience store and not necessarily the gas pumps. Clean and inviting, with LOTS of healthy and tasty snack options. . They sell lots of earth friendly cleaning and personal hygiene products, too. I travel a lot and while I live in NH, if I found myself at a truck stop offering similar products while I was on the road, I'd be in bliss. Apparently this is a "concept store", and in a funny location for that, in my opinion. But I hope the owners' visions are coming true with this pilot, because I think the modern gas station should take a page out of Alltown Fresh's playbook. I wouldn't take a star off for this, but when I inquired about taking photos of some products with the cashier I was told that this was "frowned upon" by corporate. I had planned to do a positive social media post. So I'm guessing the owners/the CEO are/is a little old fashioned. . I would take advantage of that type of opportunity, corporate office.”
“I love this place but must admit my recent experience was upsetting; and makes me question where did the lost art of “customer service” go.I wanted to buy a sm. iced coffee. I later learned that their register systems won’t allow the purchase of sm. ice coffee (IT issue). Employee#1 (assuming manager) simply told the cashier to charge me for a large. When I questioned his suggestion to charge me more for less, he simply said “it’s not that much more” and began to walk off. Understood…it’s not that much more but it is a principal tenant of product pricing and not wanting to over pay. The cashier (more understanding) suggested I just get a Lg iced coffee, as Employee#1 arrogantly walked off to tend to more important things. I declined the offer b/c I honestly didn’t need/want a large and proceeded to pay the higher amount for a Sm iced coffee.Granted this is a minor complaint and the cost wasn’t that much more but my issue is in how it was handled and that the approach by staff was very dismissive.”
