EDIT I love my shower but..... The glass doors do not fit correctly, have been adjusted twice and still rattle. The handle for the grab bar kept coming loose, I need these due to mobility issues. They ordered new grab bars and called and we have to wait weeks for what should take 15 minutes to install. I would recommend them highly for tubs, but if you are looking for a walk in shower, look elsewhere.

Quoted me 11,000$ just for a new tub/shower combo. I don’t know who’s paying that for 1,200$ worth of materials and 4 hours work. I ended up re doing my whole bathroom very nicely for around 11-12,000$. I suggest doing it right the first time for cheaper instead of getting ripped off by bath fitter

Bath Fitter was a little more expensive than the other estimates we got, but we decided that custom acrylic tub / showers are a better product than three-piece fiberglass units. The lifetime warranty was also assuring. Other contractors wouldn't agree to stand by their work like Bath Fitter.The fact that removal of our old shower and tub was done in one day made it a lot easier to coordinate having workers in our house. Our salesperson, Drew, was great. He clearly valued our business, but he wasn't too pushy about selling the job. Our installers, James and Darrin, were also great. Hard workers who were very professional and provided polished results.

WONDERFUL, PROFESSONIAL, GREAT PEOPLE! This is my Second bathroom remodel with Bath Fitter. Very Pleased with Drew in sales (also my salesman in 2002) to Luis the Installer, & the Plummer. On time, Professional, and Easy to talk too. Finished in 5 hours, no mess left for me to clean.In 2002 I had my Mst Bathroom done, from a tub to Shower. I can say today, it is just as beautiful as this 2nd bathroom, just done in Feb 2023.This is the Best on the Market by far in every category including the Price.Thanks again, VERY, VERY HAPPY HERE!

From initial contact and quickly scheduled site visit to the clean and amazing installation, we couldn't have asked for more. On point, honest, and talented on every aspect of the deal. John, Darren and Mike make a heck of installation team. And, our sales rep Jay's knowledge and commitment to the project is refreshing. Hooray for the good guys!!

We just had a shower unit installed by John, James and Alex. It took one day, but they were given the wrong valve and so Alex came back the next day and fixed the issue. All three were really amazing and we will recommend bathfitters to friends. They cleaned up and were friendly as well as very competent.

Excellent job! Enjoying my new shower! The installation crew was excellent! Thanks to Luis and Darrin and the plumber Mike….all skilled and willing to answer any questions….arrived on time at 9am and completed before 3pm. The whole process from sales call to scheduling to installation went exactly as Drew (salesman) described in our initial meeting. 5 stars!

Thank you Bathfitters for having John and Hunter install our new soaking tub with shower. These gentlemen went above and beyond to install them. Unbeknownst to us, (our condos were built in 1983) the wall in the bathroom was bowed, and the ceiling had dropped unevenly, preventlng the new walls from being attached. The workers went to home depot, bought 2 x 4s, brought them back, measured and cut them to put on that bowed wall so the new wall could be attached. They had the knowledge to know what to do and the will to do it. They were here for many hours more than the job should have taken. When they were done, even though they were tired etc. they spent over an hour cleaning every spot in our bathroom and putting protective silicone on it all. They had the work ethics we as senior citizens thought no longer existed. Plus they were pleasant and positive during the entire long project. We were impressed!!! I found out after, speaking to another owner, they had the same issue and their contractor solved their same problem the same way, at a much higher cost to them. All this extra work was done with no extra charges to us. Hold on to these guys Bathfitter!!!

I rarely leave reviews but Bath Fitter deserves it by far. Our install dates back to early December but needs to be mentioned... After our old bathtub failed we reached out to a plumber who advertises locally, a specialized shower/bathroom remodeler, and Bath Fitter. We knew we wanted to convert our original bathtub shower combo to a standalone shower.Drew from the NH Bath Fitter office gave us his sales pitch and both my wife and I thought he was the best presenter of what was to be installed by a mile! He knew the products extremely well, gave a very nice organized presentation on his laptop, and was not pushy buy any means. We decided to go with Bath Fitter since we thought their product line was superior to the others and the fact of the short installation timeframe. The one-piece wall is even custom made for your specific bathroom.Greg and Hunter from the NH Bath Fitter office performed the installation and were fantastic! They arrived around 9:30 in the morning and by 4:30 that SAME day, our old fiberglass bathtub/shower with tile above was ripped out and replaced with a beautiful new standalone shower with awesome fixtures and glass doors! In and out in one day! Greg and Hunter even cleaned up the massive mess! Hard to believe that they can do all of this work in one day as advertised.My wife now thinks she is on vacation whenever she is in the shower is a huge compliment to Bath Fitter! The new shower is simply amazing. We highly recommend them from start to finish for a bathroom project. We could not be happier with the results. Thumbs up to these guys!!Scott and Cindy

We're very pleased with our tub-to-shower conversion by Bathfitter, and we would definitely recommend this service and product for several reasons: #1. Our Bathfitter sales representative, Jay, did not give us a long choreographed pitch, as other companies we considered had done. (Truly, at a certain point that kind of approach is not only a bore, but an insult to your intelligence.) He simply showed us all our options in a straightforward fashion, and reviewed each one with us. Then we chose what we wanted without any pressure. Since our sales rep was a former installer, he also explained very clearly and in concise terms how the new walk-in shower would be constructed and put in place. He was believable, and we decided to go forward with our purchase.#2. The price he quoted us was not ridiculous. We'd gotten estimates from other companies that were twice as expensive!#3. We think the product is beautiful looking, it was molded on site from one piece of acrylic specifically to our bath space… it's modern and sharp looking, and there is no grout! We have lots of tile in our house, and grout maintenance through the years is terrible. The shower works perfectly, and the new, wider pan and arced curtain rod make for a spacious, more comfortable shower.#4. The installation crew, James and Darrin, came into our house through the front door and up a flight of stairs. They were friendly and polite. They completely covered our carpets with drop cloths, and were very careful not to damage walls or light fixtures as they brought in supplies and tools. . . and when they were done installing the new shower, they cleaned up every bit of the mess. It was almost as if they had never been there. Certainly, my wife especially appreciated that!So, these are the basic reasons we are happy to refer Bathfitter to our friends and family. It was a job well done, and we're satisfied customers.

I was very impressed with the professional way that Drew organized my order and he made some informative suggestions. The installers Luis and James worked well together! They were efficient and answered my questions. The cleanup was greatly welcomed! I am so happy with my new shower! Great job gentlemen!!

When I noticed some cracking in my tub I place a call to Bath Fitter and began working with Lea. She was prompt, polite, and true to her word. Hunter and Darrin came to fix my tub today, just a few weeks from the initial call. They were extremely kind, friendly, and professional. They were almost done and I let them know I put the baby down for a nap. They practically tip toed until they were done. They even asked me if it was okay to vacuum because they didn't want to wake her. From start to finish I have been absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the level of customer service from both the in office staff and installers. The tub looks great, the caulking is beautiful, job well done guys! Thank you so so much!
