Theyre slogan should be it wil get there. Eventually. My package was lost for months. Manager in Boston told me to go back for refund. The postmaster here told me to get my refund from Boston Postmaster. I was told it got there there's no time guarantee. And when I sent it I was required to buy insurance.

Very unhelpful employees, Had shipment 2 day shipping sit in a post office for 4 day before delivering. Cost me over $1000 worth of Perishables. Their answer was "Not our problem" and even though insurance was paid for, "the post office does not insure perishables." Absolutely the Post office fault!!!

The sweetest people work at the one in Atkinson, NH. I moved to Derry Nh and still have this post office justice because of the customer service received every time I go there.

Don't bother requesting a pick up online, calling for a pickup or leaving the flag up - driver is either brain dead or on drugs. If they do show up check to make sure your packages are not left on the middle of the street (not kidding). Can't find a door bell, packages fall off the truck if picked up and never make it to the post office, multiple packages delivered to and received - wrong address, and don't expect mail that is delivered to be either dry or readable. Had to get a UPS mail box and ship from another post office that functions. Avoid these losers at all cost!
