Theyre slogan should be it wil get there. Eventually. My package was lost for months. Manager in Boston told me to go back for refund. The postmaster here told me to get my refund from Boston Postmaster. I was told it got there there's no time guarantee. And when I sent it I was required to buy insurance.

Very unhelpful employees, Had shipment 2 day shipping sit in a post office for 4 day before delivering. Cost me over $1000 worth of Perishables. Their answer was "Not our problem" and even though insurance was paid for, "the post office does not insure perishables." Absolutely the Post office fault!!!
