Matt Boucher came to assess our plumbing issue. He determined right away that we needed a new water heater. He replaced it and got it running. Checked out all the faucets, etc. Made sure everything was working correctly. Quick and efficient! Very personable. A gentleman! A pleasure to do business with…all on Christmas Eve day. I highly recommend Matt Boucher at Happy Home Plumbing & Heating! Our home is happy indeed!

I had to chase these guys a few times for a quote, they finally sent someone to do an assessment after cancelling on me last minute they finally sent someone around but I never received a quote despite ringing them 3/4 times.You could have just said you didn't want to do the job rather than wasting my time.

Mark came out the first day I called him for a site survey. He immediately identified the problem being caused by an unnecessary second trip under the kitchen sink, from the disposal, that was blocked and causing it to back-up (other plumbers could not identify the problem, and said it was impossible to correct drain piping). He assessed what would be necessary to install/filter the coffeemaker waterline. Mark accomplished both tasks quickly, within the estimated time. We are completely satisfied with the results, and will use Mark again!

Mark's work is totally satisfying. His attention to detail is unusual, he is punctual and his prices are more than fair. He replaced my powder room toilet with the newest and cost effective model and my powder room cabinet,sink and faucets--all is beautiful. It's a joy to have a nice new modern powder room to enjoy mostly for myself but also for company!
