It’s just a storage unit… but what sets this company apart is the customer service. Specifically a gal named Iris helped me today with my unit and every time I call their employees are amazing. I highly recommend APS because of the service and ease of transaction along with accessibility to the units. Thanks APS and Iris for the best experience with storage!

Generally a good storage complex. The only drawback of the facility is the high curb at the entry of the units.

I've had good experience in storing my belongings there the last 2yrs. I accidentally left my storage unlocked and was notified within hours of when I left. I've had automatic payments not go through and they have worked with me. Julia has been helpful..ty

Do not leave your stuff here! It's the most expensive set of units in the area and the entire wall of the middle section is collapsing. I just showed up to my unit after being away for 3 months to find the wall supports literally falling off of the concrete and my unit, you could just pull the wall away and crawl under. Both units on either side of mine could be entered through my unit and no one from aps will even acknowledge it. I have been waiting for a call back from a manager for 3 days. I have called twice a day since it happened and nothing. This is the most I have ever paid for a unit, the rate is going up, and they can't even maintain the buildings. I spoke to someone 14 units away from me and it is happening there too. Save your money and don't pay these scumbags. They are slimy thieves.

The lot is plowed in winter and the units are maintained well. The manager is very responsive and helpful. I left my unit unintentionally unlocked and I was quickly notified. There is a required add-on fee for insurance on stored stuff, but I had it waived as my stuff was covered by my own renter's insurance.
