There should be a negative 50 rating for the customer service here or should I say lack of. RUDE...CONDESCENDING BULLYING BEHAVIOR IS WHAT I EXPERIENCED...Reference other reviews on the worker named Lisa. Spent 500.00 for two pairs of glasses. She refused to give me a receipt for my purchase told me if I didn't like it to call 1800 Walmart to report her which I did do right while I was sitting in front of her and corporate could not get over her behavior over conference call or the way I was treated as a customer and they filed a report. She then insisted my glasses were not crooked. I said I think I should know I've been wearing glasses 50 years and she made obnoxious faces rolling her eyes stating thought you just ordered these RUN FROM THIS PLACE...

I have been calling this vision center for 3 days trying to get ahold of someone. First, the line was busy. The next day, they closed a half hour early without updating the website or answering service, so I waited on hold until finally the system routed me to Walmart's main customer service desk. Today, I finally got someone to answer the phone - she immediately told me she was busy with a customer and to call back again later, then hung up. I don't think I will be.

You lose 4 stars for cancelling my appointment because i don't wear masks. You get 1 back for being friendly. I took my business elsewhere.

Do not take your child here! My child had a Welsch electronic device exam at her doctor's office last year which referred her onto an optical exam as it showed issues. Due to Covid, I couldn't get into any other optical locations for several months, so I chose Walmart. The doctor saw her and told me she had 20/30 vision w a slight astigmatism that would correct itself. He said the Welsch electronic devices were often wrong. It's a year later and her writing/drawing has not improved so I took her for another eye exam elsewhere and the prescription is much worse leading me to believe that his eye exam findings were completely wrong. She was at a very critical developmental age last year. The welsch electronic devices work!

Every single time l go to get my glasses adjusted at Walmart Vision Center in Milford NH, they screw them up. Their so called "opticians" (many aren't licensed) leave scratches on my lenses and nicks in the frame due to careless handling. Worst of all, one girl actually BURNED (ruined!) the right lens of my brand new glasses when she heated them up to adjust them. I had to leave them there to have the lens replaced. Lucky l still had my old specs to drive home with. More recently, someone burned the same lens AGAIN! I'm so done with this place!

My vision insurance pays for a yearly exam and I went to Walmart and got glasses and contacts after my exam.I immediately noticed that with my glasses everything looked slanted to the right. It has never happened to me before, and I have been wearing glasses for over a decade.I went back to have them adjusted and was told that I had to get accustomed to my new prescription.Fair enough.I tried for a week and went back.I explained to Lisa that I can't function with my glasses because of the slant in my vision. She said that my astigmatism was probably worse. She adjusted my glasses so the arms were four inches above my ears. I tried them on and said that my depth perception was way off, and in the vision center she appeared to be superimposed in front of a blurry background. She laughed and said they were supposed to be that way.I went back again and asked if I could have the doctor help figure out the problem, but I was told there was an additional exam fee, which my insurance would not cover.I was wearing my contacts more than I wanted to, and I had discharge and redness in my eye.Her advice was to keep wearing the contacts and wait until I was eligible for the next exam permy insurance.I went back six times (276 miles, to put it into perspective), and I just had my yearly exam at a different place.Lo and behold, I can see straight out of my glasses! There is no slant and my depth perception is spot-on.I suffered with these glasses for a year!

Worst pair of glasses I have ever bought. The reading focal point is 3ft away and the antiglare coating is impossible to keep clean. I've used antiglare lenses for 20 years, these are the worst! This was a total waste of money. Only 2 months after purchase and I have to go back to a REAL optometrist and get a REAL pair of eye glasses. On top of that I have border line glaucoma and get examined for it yearly. This purchase doesn't give me much faith in the examination results.
