I actually learned some new things about using a brush no one else in all my many years of haircuts ever told me. We booked the day of, they happily accommodated. Upon arrival we had a little wait, of which my toddler had a hard time sitting still. When it was time to cut his hair he gave me such a hard time, our hair dresser was so calm and so patient about it. Her demeanor made him comfortable, so he sat and did it! I would highly recommend. His cut is among the best he has gotten, and to say he sat still would be a light term. Thank you to the staff! We will return ?

I simply HAVE to respond to Karen (oops, I mean Christy) Mcniss. I was the client sitting in said stylists chair when you so brazenly walked in and right up to her. Prior to your arrival, your daughter was told, when she began to trim my hair, that she would be with her as soon as she was done. Your daughter said nothing, turned around and sat back down.Having worked a 20 year career in healthcare, I was able to diagnosis you immediately. You began speaking to the stylist kindly before you rapidly transitioned to your borderline behavior, chastising her for running 30 minutes behind. You then proceeded to say you won't be back, you're finding a new stylist, and I heard the audience applause in the background as you stated those words and walked out.You, my dear, need to have a little grace. Said stylist is fresh off maternity leave and I'm sure wanted NOTHING MORE than to style your daughter's hair that day, definitely not to be home with her baby girl and feeling guilty because of it.30 minutes behind on a Saturday is more understandable than not and your daughter was notified that she was going to be next. Your false accusation contained within your immediately posted google review was laughably predictable given your absolutely disgusting behavior at the salon.It's no surprise that your daughter is confused about her identity considering you named her after an inanimate object (insert eyeroll here) and that she has you for her mother. Trash.

I had an appointment at 12:15 and the stylist took someone else at 12:35. It was a birthday for my daughter, who had a special event coming up. They didn’t even acknowledge that we we’re waiting . Very rude

Elaine (their esthetician) is a pure gem! She really gives a unique experience regarding facial treatments. My last facial left the word "ethereal" stuck in my head. I felt very cared for and my skin was glowing after our session. It honestly felt like every touch and every ingredient used was intentional -- she really put me at ease! Also, I go to her for threading since my skin is too sensitive for waxing...my brows have never looked better. I highly recommend her services. Also, Rick at the front desk is always very personable and greets me with a smile every time I visit. Truly a lovely salon and experience all together!Services: Facial treatments

Meredith is very nice. As a poc, getting your hair done in a state like NH is a little hard, but she was kind, professional, and really is good with her deva cut. I'm glad that I found this place.

Very friendly and relaxed environment. Loved my stylist. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had confidently. Reasonably priced, I got a simple wash and cutfor my first visit and he even threw in a couple of layers which came to $45. I booked my next appointment for full hair color next week!
