office is constantly closed and locked during business hours. Had to call from the parking lot during business hours, to try to cancel a lease and was told I would be connected to the office manager. the person I was connected to refused to cancel lease on a unit we moved out of months ago. She Immediately lied to me and told me there was still a lock on it. Only when I told here I was there and there was no lock on it did she pull back from that lie and told me it was suspicious because they check everyday. I told her I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to end the lease. I finally went back to the office and knocked on the door to find her sitting looking at the monitors of the storage unit in question. Her story then changed and she said she didn’t feel comfortable moving us out because if they missed something they might want to get me a refund and that the manager would call me. I told her again I didn’t want a refund. I am 8 months pregnant and work full time and just wanted to move out and not have to wait for a phone call while I’m working and not have to do this again when we are preparing for our babies. She refused again because she said they missed something if it had been a few months and needed to investigate internally. I asked her why that was my issue and she didn’t have an answer and told me I just wanted to argue. As if a heavily pregnant woman who is asking for no money and nothing in return doesn’t have anything better to do on a Saturday. Finally, I just said it hadn’t been a few months and we just moved out and removed the lock that day and wanted to move out as of that day. Only then Did she agree to actually do some work, told me to sit down because she had to type notes as if it was a lengthy task. It took under 3 minutes from that point.

My experience was good and easy. I needed a space pretty quick for my RV and saw that there was one available. I immediately filled out my information online, made my payment, and just like that I was all set. I was ready to move it. I also received a call right away from an associate to see if I had an questions. I highly recommend Rightspace Storage for any storage, or vehicle needs.

Clean, well managed facility. I moved to a smaller unit because the rent has continued to go up on the larger units. I have held the unit since 2011.

Getting our unit was super easy. Getting in and out is fast. The place is clean and secure. My only issue is how dark it is inside the building and the lack of lighting. The hallways are barely lit. The units themselves are good but so dark you can’t even see inside. Flashlights only do so much. I’d love to see better lighting in the building.

The people are nice and helpful. The space is secure and clean.The MAJOR issue is they look affordable, a drive up 5x5 (for me at the time) $35 a month? AWESOME!!!!Well make sure to count the $10 MANDATORY insurance. THEN the price was raised in a few months, then again the next year and again and again, $35 is now $70.Not worth the cost of what's even being stored in there. Frustrating and disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful in the office. They assisted with finding the proper storage size I would need and made it clear that I could change the size at any time at the end of the monthly lease. A little more on the expensive side.
