Becca and Pam are outstanding employees!! They both are very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! I really appreciate their help!! Christina, not so much. She seemed very annoyed at my questions and was very rude. The interaction with her was quite upsetting.

I have to say Becca who works in the fish dept. in the Amherst, NH location is amazing! I had a very sick baby betta fish, and she went above and beyond to take her into her care and get her back on her feet.
