Been a customer since the 1980s. No better firm around. Always helpful. They have gone out of their way to support my middle school shop classes. The quality of their products is far superior to the big box stores, and they have knowledgeable staff to help.

It's 2023, you're closed on a random Saturday for IT updates and the only way you let people know is putting a sign on the door. To see the sign I already had to waste the 40 minute drive to get there.Get with it guys updating your Google listing takes 5 minutes and you don't waste customer time.

They delivered a door with multiple defects from the manufacturer. Didn’t even check it out before throwing on their delivery truck and dropping it off. Really if I wanted the “big box store” treatment I could have done that. I expected better from PJ Courrier. Guess not. Wouldn’t go there again.

I go there when i need split rail fencing and general advice on projects and the team is always friendly and knowledgeable. Always quality products and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!

Heather in the lumber yard was very helpful to find a solution for me. I needed one piece of baseboard trim to replace on one wall in my home. PJ Currier Lumber treated me as an important customer, and Heather went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed quickly.

Bunch of grumpy old men who have a terrible attitude. No wonder these small stores have died. I went there and nicely asked for help only to be given an attitude.

I love this place. They are friendly, helpful, supportive of community programs and have things you'll never find in the 'big box' stores. I build boats with kids and they always give me a discount that I can pass on.

I can only speak about my experience with the Kitchen Remodeling department. It has been a month (March 8th) since we have heard *anything* from Greg to move our project forward. We went in and spoke w/ him for 15-20 mins about cabinet options, etc. We tried to make an appointment regarding kitchen measurements before we left but we didn't come up with a date and time. He said he wouldn't be around the next week. After I got home, I sent over our kitchen pictures and ceiling height as requested. No response. So two days later I emailed him and asked if he had gotten them okay. His response was that he received them. The short response was fine, so then I decided to send over what kind of cabinets we liked, additional measurements, a time to meet, etc. and we have heard nothing back. Greg mentioned he's the only designer there. We can understand that and expected some delay, but no response for a month? Long story short -- we just placed an order w/ another company for semi-custom cabinets to completely update our kitchen. I would have emailed this info over to the company directly, but there is no email address provided on the website that I could find. Clicking on "contact" brought me to a page that only has a place to sign up for a mailing list. I am not interested in any response or explanation. I just want to let PJ and Greg know that we are very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Also I want to let other folks know that you might want to shop around before trying to stay the course w/ this company for your kitchen renovation. Thanks.

A little more pricy than home Depot, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.
