I called and made an appointment for 130. Showed up 15 minutes early and was then told I wouldn't be able to get in until 230. I was a little annoyed but figured id wait. While waiting I watched one guy struggle with a ball joint while the other employee just basically watched. After an hour of watching the one guy struggle and the other employee not doing anything. I knew they wouldn't get me in at 230. Their shop is not the cleanest, their waiting room was dirty with food left out. I ended up going to the Merrimack location who got me in right awaym

Attendents failed to correctly inflate tires to 33PSI. One tire was 20PSI, another was 25PSI, and security lug nut key left on lug nut when car finished.

I've been to this location twice and had a great experience both times. Staff is knowledgeable. Pricing was definitely fair. Will go back.

The folks at Monroe looked at my vehicle and were very clear and helpful about pricing. They worked quickly and well. In the end, they gave a freebie for a small service and great quotes for some new tires. Highly recommend!

The people at the store very hospitable the front desk I knew my problem and he brought the tire right in without letting me wait. Mechanic seem like a cool person too he definitely just took the tire and started working on it right away. Pretty happy with my service at the store. I would recommend it to others.

I made an appointment to have my tires changed over from snow to all-weathers. Upon arrival 30 minutes AFTER the store was supposed to open (I had an 8am appt that was accepted and confirmed by the online system), the door was still locked and not a soul in sight. It actually looks like the place closed down and never notified corporate!! There’s only 2 bays that aren’t packed to the gills with spare parts and rubbish. I called the number listed and spoke with the rudest woman who told me a manager would call me about my appointment. Never got a call, and they’ll never get my business again. Don’t waste your time!! This location is clearly not eager to succeed.

I am up in NH on business and my brakes needed to be replaced. I can’t rave more of the outmost professionalism from the team!
Tim- store manger was so helpful in the explanation of what is need/ pricing and warranties. The mechanic was exceptional in explaining all to me also. I do need tires however with the pricing of brakes tires will have to wait. I will definitely come back next month when I am back in area for them to take care of me.

I brought my car to munroe on rte 101A in Amherst nh. I thought I had an 8 am appt but the store manager told me the techs won’t be in until 9am. So I sat down to wait until 9am. The manager brought my car in and looked at the problem and I was out of there by 8:30. It was excellent service and he went above and beyond his job description and I was so pleased!!! Job well done!! I will always go to munroe muffler and tires for their excellent service!

Place is garbage , went in for 2300 dollars worth of work and they couldn’t even clean the oil that leaked . Went back 2x for the same thing and it’s still leaking . Don’t waste your time or money .

I took my car to Monroe for many years and Jessie and the guys were always so professional and took great care of my car and were very reasonably priced but then they got changed hands. I had an 8:00 appointment for an oil change, they open at 7:30 and at 8:20 they still weren't open.

Was told I was going to need something done to my car that would cost thousands of dollars to fix, I ended up bringing it to Meineke right down the road because they were going to do it for about $500/$600 less. Turns out Monro had given me incorrect info and the actual solution cost me less than $400. Absolutely do not recommend Monro but I highly recommend the Meineke that is only half a mile away.

It was an afternoon of Christmas Eve and no repair shops near me were open. They told me to just come in without an appointment and they took me right away and fixed one of the tires with a nail very quickly. They saved my Christmas! :)
