We have been using Microtime IT for 6+ years and could not be happier with their services. Any time we have a problem it is addressed and resolved quickly and effectively. While everyone that we have worked with has been great, there is one technician that consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our operations run smoothly. I have been working with Alex Peguero for many years now. During those years, I have found him exceptionally easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, and quick to solve any issues that arise. In addition, he is very tolerant with those individuals not up to knowledge level, and his explanations are in terms anyone can understand. All in all he is a great asset to Microtime Computers.

MicroTime/Dental IT has been working with Billerica Dental Associates, Nashua Dental Group and Union Ave Dental for close to 10 years. Overall they have been reliable and responsive. Whenever we encounter an issue we can count on their team to address it and resolve it. 5 stars seems minimal for the help Microtime provides our office! In any situation or circumstance they are always there to help us! Arthur Cushing always goes above and beyond to help us here.
