Employees in store were helpful.
I would avoid getting any items delivered if possible. I ordered a white washer and dryer that came covered in dirt and permanent scratch marks. In addition to that the delivery guys called saying they would arrive “in 40 minutes” this was hours prior to the planned delivery time range and then rushed me on the phone to be there or they would leave because they had “other deliveries” when I arrived I was told I was their last delivery of the day.
When I called customer services about the damage to the appliances they did not offer any satisfactory resolutions and really didn’t seem to care.

Normally wouldn't bother to review a chain store but everyone at this Lowe's is so helpful i thought i should compliment them and their managers. I drive an extra 3 miles to get to this store. Keep up the good work.

I was in the appliance section for over 15 minutes without any assistance, after being told twice that "someone will be right over". I watched two associates help the same customer for the entire time. I ended up ordering the appliance online, while I stood in the store.

Store is pretty well organized and clean, most things are easy to find. A very kind older man ( Employee ) knew exactly where the one item was that i couldnt. I dont typically shop here but needed something that my go to place didnt carry. An overall good experience.

Pros should not use the store!
I went through Lowe’s to get a large order delivered. They didn’t show up on the delivery date nor did they call to reschedule. Four days later they showed up on a Saturday when the schedule was on a Wednesday. The resolutions team mockingly offered $25 off of $3000 order.

I found what I was looking for, which is obviously great! But not surprising. I want to thank the young man with dark hair working the self check out area around 315 today. I have twins who have some challenges that make them at times a handful. He was wonderfully helpful when I checked out with them and was struggling. A very nice gentleman to represent your store. Thank you.

Staff follows you around, and it makes shopping uncomfortable. Their actions make me feel like I'm doing something wrong, or they think I'm going to steal. I feel harassed and I wish they would stop. It's creepy and annoying. I ended up distracted and not purchasing what I ended up going there for in the first place. Please change this, I like shopping at Lowe's, but it's not worth feeling that way.

They had what I was looking for and I get 5% off on everything using my Lowe's charge card. Store is always clean.
