Made a monthly payment to a corporate loan account thru their drive up teller. Teller erroneously credited payment to a credit card (with a zero balance) that had been closed for over a decade. I didn’t notice this mistake until I received a late fee charge on my subsequent loan statement. Not sure how such a mistake could possibly happen but only further confirms that I need to move all banking from this institution.

John was great ?. He let us in 5 minutes earlier than they opened so we could create new accounts for my wife and I while the manager entertained our 4 year old daughter ?

Great bank. Not rude, they treat customers fairly, very knowledgeable staff.
