Walter is a straight shooter. He is a real guy who knows his stuff. His mechanic is a car enthusiast outside of work which I really like. They have always done great work for me. I recently found out that he has a tire machine and they did my truck tires quick. They are perfectly balanced. Walt's prices are good. I wouldn't hesitate to call and make an appointment.

My whole family brings our cars to Walt's; even my sister, who lives in the Lakes Region, will schlep down to Amherst for her car's service. Walt is so friendly, he's honest, doesn't try to upsell or inflate the bill. I've never had a problem with the service. When I got my inspection they even changed my oil without my having to ask because it was due, and rotated my tires as well. They definitely have my trust and business.

Dependable. Follow through on what they say they will do. Good estimates. Timely turnaround on maintenance or big problems; they track them all down. Explain what happened very well. We have been customers for years and with all our cars.
