Paid $23 for top of the line wash and wasn't worth it. No soap at all, seemed to be just water. Car was maybe 70% cleaned. Disappointed for sure as I used to think this was a great place.

Several times I have had issues here, no soap, skipping stages, etc., not working properly at all and I have called with no return call and, it happened once with someone there witnessing it and they gave me a double free wash card code, that didn't work either, the code or the wash. Poorly operated Business

23.00 for a wash and it didn't even do it's job. The water pressure was low and my tires and rims were not even touched. Very disappointed. Thought it would be worth what paid. ?. Won't go back you this carwash.

I have been using this car wash for years since it opened. However, a giant mop hit rare wiper arm and snapped off it on Memorial weekend. My car is a regular size hatchback not giant pickup truck. So, it should not happen. I called the office at the site but no answer, so I left a message. I understood because it was holiday weekend, I did not expect someone get back to me right away. Tuesday comes, no phone call... I left a message again. Wednesday, no phone call... l left a message again. Thursday, no phone call... I left a message again. I believe I am a pretty patient person, but this business owner is not responsible nor honest for the own business. Sorry but I do not use your service ever again!

Hi I was at the car wash on April 21st. First time using it and might be the last. I paid $19 and it didn’t use any soap at all. Not sure if bay 2 was out of soap but the brushes scrubbed my truck with just water. Very disappointing. Of course it didn’t clean it very well but with just water I didn’t expect it would. Hoping it was just a fluke.

On March 8 I went to the car wash! Drove up but my money in and picked my number. I put in a 20.00 dollar bill and the machine told me my change would be in the tray below, however my change never showed up.
After leaving the carwash I called the number on the receipt left a message and about 10 minutes later my phone rang and it was a guy from the carwash! Told me his wife was on vacation with her friends and that when got home 5 days later he would have her call me.
I have left numerous voice mail’s and still to this day have not received any call back!
Unprofessional to run a company this way unless you don’t care about it or what people say!

I got the deluxe $23 dollar wash… it left every piece of bird poop on my car…. So, yeah, not worth it.Update: I appreciate the owner responding and offering a re-wash! I’ve already hand scraped the poop off all the spots on my car, but appreciate the offer nonetheless. One star was too harsh, giving three because owner seems like a nice business guy, and aside from the stuck on poop, car was de-salted and shiny. Rearview side mirrors got folded in during wash, so they werent washed either, but it rinsed the car well.

This is my go to car wash spot when I'm in the area. The new owner is very responsive and is always looking to make improvements for the customer experience. Every time I come here to get my car washed it always comes out spotless!! I will always recommend this place to friends and family.
