“Wolf Storage is AWESOME! The rental process was easy, clear and consise. Chris in the office is the best. Shortly after moving our belongings into the storage unit I noticed that there was water on several totes. I also saw a puddle on the floor. I called Chris and she said take pics. Meanwhile she said she would call the owner to advise him of the leak. She called me back within 5 min and calmly explained what the process would be in getting the leak fixed. There was Nothing for us to do. They fixed the minor inconvenience of the leak by giving us a credit after I told them there was zero damage. All in all this has been very convenient and cost effective for us. It is rare to find such a customer oriented business. Thanks again. Les and Nancy Haskell”
