THANK YOU FOR ALL THE REVIEWS… POTENTIAL FUTURE CUSTOMERS - TAKE HEED!I, too, received a phone call even though I’m on the block list (I think) when I asked during the initial call how they got my number, Linda, told me some list. OKAY…. Now Linda was great, explained things thoroughly, so I made the appt., but not before again asking how they found me and if they were coming to Boston. (Thanks to the reviews after canceling the appt, I found out the work would be outsourced.)Anyway, fast forward to today when they called to confirm the appt. I think it was Richard, who was rude, and told me that every adult in the home has to be present. After I pushed back, he said not tenants. My adult son and brother that live with me are not tenants. Then he said just my older dad who co-owns home with me. I said that’s fine, you can meet him and get signatures, but he would be a part of the presentation because he makes no decisions and doesn’t care. That wasn’t good enough so I canceled the appt. Then I read the reviews before I wrote this, I lucked out that Richard was rude! On to researching other companies.

I am not a fan of writing negative reviews - scope out the rest of my reviews and you'll see what I mean. As I sit here in my daughter's bedroom that is colder now, after a brand new window installation, than it was with the 40 year old windows, I have to offer this buyer beware. If I wrote a narrative to share our experience, we'd both be here all day. Here's a list of what we experienced:- incorrect information about financing - a credit card showed up at our house when we thought we were just getting financing, not a new credit card.- windows and door delivered to the wrong address, basically left roadside (see pics) which I found after the crew showed up looking to do the install - after the manager told me they were coming a day later and I told him the windows and doors hadn't been delivered, to which he said his delivery guy dropped them off even though I told him they werent at our house.- manager laughs when I discovered our windows and door roadside up the street- manager sends delivery guy to move windows and door to my house. I have to ask to have the delivery guy knock to ensure he's at the right address, you'd think they would want that too.- delivery guy cracks casing on sliding door (see pic) when unloading it, doesn't say anything and proceeds to leave white finishing nails all over the driveway (see pic).- I question what was ordered because we're short windows. I will take some responsibility here for not ensuring the double window was ordered - I assumed the sales guy and manager were good at their jobs and I didn't pay close enough attention.- after spending almost 2 days, missing work, trying to navigate this disaster, spending an hour picking up finishing nails and getting a text from the manager when I was livid and deserved a phone call, I lost it and tried to cancel.- the Director of Ops talks us into moving forward offering a small discount which I had to push back on to get an offer more commensurate with our experience.- door reorder takes FOREVER (in all fairness, not necessarily their fault)- stuff arrives, the install begins. We are missing the double window, the primary reason we started this project. Of course the installers remove the double window first and then realize they dont have the new windows to fit the hole. The manager accuses us of not having him measure it. I assure him we did, he lays all blame on us after admitting he didn't have the form he was supposed to when he came to measure. I didn't realize I should have recorded him while he was in my house to ensure he did his job correctly.- the crew leaves blades on my deck- the crew places the old, rotting trim back on the windows when we are supposed to get flashing.- Director of Ops acts like he's doing us a favor sending guys back out to put up the flashing that was in our contract.- we have to demand the flashing gets done asap as they wouldn't guarantee when they could get to it.- crew comes to do flashing and tells us our previously done windows have pvc flashing but they're installing aluminum and it will look different. This is the first we've heard of this.- in a state of utter disgust and frustration, we move forward just wanting the project done and this sham of a company off our property. We are left with shoddy install work (nail sticking out and hammered sideways, missing/incomplete seals, leaky windows - see pics), trash on our deck and in our garbage, pieces of trim kicking around (all trash was to be removed) and the bill.I cannot recommend this company. I regret doing business with them. Yes, I made some mistakes too; I trusted them to be the experts and that I wouldn't have to be a general contractor.I will have to pay to have someone correct what they've done because despite a labor warranty, I refuse to have them step foot on my property again.I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Had new windows installed last Friday through NH Exteriors. The crew did an amazing job putting in 24 windows in about 10 hours. They look fantastic and the crew cleaned everything up after themselves. They were so nice - real pros. The entire NHEXT staff was great to work with! Ken, Jeremy and Shannon were the best! I can't tell you how exciting it is to be able to see clearly out our windows! The house is brighter too with the light that is able to come thru! Looking for new windows? Call these guys! You won't be sorry!

I'm on the DNC and update my status regularly, they called anyway also claiming that whoopsie, we should have checked.FLAG.I'm in the industry and requested a certificate of insurance to filter out if they were legit as I am looking to have some work done. I doubt they will be a good fit, their marketing dude emailed me back to say he's never been asked for a copy of the insurance in 4 years of working there.RED FLAG!We'll see if I get a COI to review.I certainly won't be making an apt with anyone until that is confirmed.BUYER BEWARE

Ordered windows March 30, paid over $3,000 up front, finally installed August 16 and 18. We had this company install over $10,000 worth of windows several years before and the work was good, not so at all this time. Don't expect them early, the workmanship and attitudes were not professional. The window frames were pushed apart, the trim did not match up in some corners, a screen was ripped, windows were left with labels and unclean, dents in flashing, aluminum shards and other debris we had to clean up. When he left the company ran our credit card without permission ( it was old and expired fortunately). When we called to express dissatisfaction, this business was much more interested in getting final payment than ensuring we this $7,000 job done right--the owner actually threatening court ( and we have 3 attorneys in the family). So to cap this, the worker came back, did poor repairs and we paid them off --and had a better contractor redo the work. It's unfortunate as the experience a few years ago was good, now we do not recommend this company for their work or their customer treatment. But there is a better company who will treat you right.

Hard to take this company with the excessive spam phone calls I get from them. It's like those car extended warranty calls. Never will do business with a company that operates like this.

I had Mark from NH Exteriors replace the rotted soffit and facia on my house. He was very polite, respectful, and he worked very diligently to get it done. It made such a difference, and I was so happy! He did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to recommend NH Exteriors and will definitely keep them in mind for future work.

Have used NH Exteriors twice. Once for Siding in 2020, then 2021 put in windows. We were so happy with siding job and how the came to service any issue I had ( wind storm blew off a shutter) at no charge! That's why we put windows with them last year, now house is warmer and quieter!

New Hampshire Exteriors installed a metal roof on our home in 2016. We found them to be knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Job was done as described, no issues and we have greatly enjoyed the product and our experience
