I tried to get gas with $10 cash back and it asked to charge a dollar for the cashback and I agreed and then it said transaction failure even though I have money available for it and I tried the second time and it still said failure. I check my account later and it charged me a dollar twice.

This place has really Gone to hell, unfortunately I am forced to stop here for fuel and lunch due to my truck routes, gets worst every time I come. Hardly little to no food, and what they do have is usually cold if it’s supposed to be Hot. Cold and expired, not rotated, bathrooms filthy, if you have to stop somewhere, please go elsewhere, and the Team that work here are horrible, very bad attitudes and young people who don’t know the meaning of a hard days work.

I give this a 2 star because it is clean and it isn't the associates fault that this store has issues. This Store is laughable constantly lock doors and put up sign for various reasons...like cigarette break, mopping floors, etc... you never know when it will be open or closed. Music is often loud, manager hardly ever there and when she is she's often just hanging out chatting with and distracting associates....I managed a circle k in another state for years and am shocked that this store is being run like this. Corporate and district managers need to step in and take notice!!

Always leaving Georgina alone By herself when she specifically said not to put her by herself anymore Manager makes up excuse I don't have enough employees to put on shift and refuses to help out the store if I had an option to put no stars I would

Purchase a car wash at the pump (half of them functional), pump can't print receipt..... Go in the store to get the receipt, go to the car wash...... IT'S OUT OF SERVICE! CASHIRE COULDN'T SHARE THAT INFORMATION!?!? Never fails here, sales marked that are no longer available, half the deals in the store not honored, and never been here once with all the pumps working. Ownership needs to start caring and so do the employees! Take a tag down after the 2 for $3 or 3 for $5 is over. Maintain your business, because this level of service and business management is a joke.

Bought milk...saw it was expired...wanted to just exchange it for new milk, gallon was full, none taken out of it, literally bought it an hour before trying to exchange it, and they refused...lol charging me for expired milk and not taking it back is kinda robbery...Kinda morally unacceptable.

If the store is closed for a "system reboot" from 12am to 1230am you need to put a sign on the door or update your website. Instead your cashier had the doors locked and was hiding in the back.

Love how they keep locking doors whenever they want for awhile during times they have no reason to have them closed. Just bc u want to mop doesn't mean customers should be made to wait or turned away bc this happens all too often here now.

I needed my Car gassed up, as I currently have a handicap. So, I called up and asked to have someone pump it for me. Never, the slightest hint of negativity of which I sometimes get at otherStores.
