It's pretty much a typical Sobeys set up. I've been in several in a few provinces. This one is clearly marked, clean, and has stock.I didn't require any staff during the time I was there. But, I would recommend getting what you need here.

Quite expensive compared to Superstore and Walmart.Usually only have 2 checkout lanes open which can get pretty slow when you only need a couple items.Honestly at this point they should just ditch half their checkout lanes and replace them with self checkouts, since they're not using those lanes anyway.

To hell with all the Canadian grocery chains; we only shop there because we are limited to two choices. That being said, the staff and selection is fine. It is what you would expect

As always Sobey has good products. Some better and cheaper than in other stores, especially the Compliments branded. But some (and many) other products are pricier and same or lower quality. Be picky is my advice!Still no benefits from the too much advertised "Scene" plan. And besides it have been impossible for me to add family members to the same Scene account! Scotia Bank also does not help!

The halibut steak I bought today had a good date, but it almost made me gag when I opened the package. Did it sit out in a warm room for a week before they packaged it? Did they change the date to make it look fresh? Anyhow, it's the foulest piece of fish I've ever purchased. Be warned.
