About Herring Cove Provincial Park
Herring Cove Provincial Park offers clean, well-maintained facilities, including large private bathrooms with heated floors and no extra cost for hot showers. The park features a variety of campsites, some spacious with privacy and others more open, near a large vacant lot. Visitors can enjoy great nature trails, birding, wildlife viewing, and a sandy beach accessible from parking. The nearby Roosevelt Cottage and Roosevelt Campobello International Park are worthwhile attractions. Recreational options include a nine-hole golf course with interesting holes and beautiful greens, as well as picnic areas equipped with firewood. Peaceful laid back out of the way place. Bring golf clubs! Golf course is across the street and not busy. Trails from cg go to beach and to FDR's buildings.

Absolutely lovely beach. Camping area looks pleasant but I haven't stayed there myself. Rocks on the beach are A+, its a primarily rocky beach. One of my favourite spots to stop when visiting the island.
