I had a terrible experience with the blonde lady at the front desk in Aug 14th 2023 and again in Aug 18th. Although the other staff seems friendly and helpful, it sure seems like she didn’t really do anything much to earn the money I paid her. I won’t never step there again. Sussex deserve better than that.

Had exhaust work done here. They were closing when I picked up car so wasn't able to return when I noticed extremely loud noise from back end of exhaust. Awhile later realized they removed spare tire carrier and didn't put back on once work on exhaust was finished! I found one at a junk yard so took with me when I returned to have exhaust issue addressed. They never offered to cover cost of part even though they are the reason I had to buy another and they never addressed my main exhaust concern! I was rudely told by woman working there that I could leave now cause they were done anything they were going to do! So 2 hrs of driving, $100 extra in parts and still same loud exhaust!

Cheaper labor rate,,honest about what needs to be done with your vehicle,,doesn't tell you need something done just to make money off of you the garage part. Then there is the car sales side where you can get a car without needing credit just as long as you have money for a down payment you can drive away with whatever is on his lot
