Bathrooms are not clean. Overflowing needles. The gasoline filing area is stained and the pumps are dirty with no tap.
Upside is the convenience has good selection including sandwiches for takeaway.

Friendly staff. Decent selection of drinks, snacks and pre-made food. Store is well kept.Sometimes the cash line up blocks the entrance, so it can get a bit crowded with people entering and leaving the store as well as standing in line.

Gone to this location twice within the past week once Sun Nov 8 , 2020and Fri Nov 13, 2020.The staff does not know how to redeem my Airmiles on merchandise other than if you were getting gas. I sent a message to the Manager on Sunday and have not heard back. This store needs to train their staff so people can purchase groceries by using there Airmiles. The staff is not friendly the guy told me to come back in the morning and someone would know how to do it. I forward a email to Sobeys head office and also Shell. I will never step my foot back in that store. Very disrespectful for a Manager not to train her staff properly and not replying to a customer .

Went to sobeys near transcanada highway today the employee was so rude it wasn’t busy at all. And the boy at cashier was so mean. Dont even know how to talk and very cheap customer service. Stop going to this loaction

Was trying to help with the new coffee machine, and not dump the water in tray after calibration of the machine. Gave the cup to a girl named “Leeanne” and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Sorry for trying to help? I know people always have things going on behind the scenes, but I work retail and the attitude was unnecessary... Won’t be stopping any longer if she’s there.

Beautiful clean store, just off the highway ramp. Lots of snack and hot & cold drink options for road. Co-located with an A&W and 8-pump Shell fuelling island.

The clean bathroom "Promise" obviously means nothing. Not sure if too few staff ...They are very busy ...But gross! We arrived at 5PM the bathroom sign check on the door showed staff ladt signed for checking at 6 AM

Made a rest stop here on the way to PEI this morning...there's a sign welcoming you to the 'clean' restrooms. They were the dirtiest I've seen in a while...my husband complained that the men's rooms were dirty as well. The women's restroom had a broken toilet seat in one stall & the other was filthy. The smell was extremely unpleasant as well. We'll be going back to the Big Stop the next time through.
