The service at the counter is terribly slow, mechanics on the other hand are doing a great job, I myself never head to redo what has been done at that location. I service my 2018 Freghtliner SD122 with UTT.

Can be a hit and miss at times. Sometimes they fix what you want fixed and sometimes they don't. Which means going back a 2nd or 3rd time. Find most truck places are like that though. Staff is friendly which is half the battle.
