“The staff was very friendly and informative. I also didn't wait dropping off or picking up...nice quick service which is great considering most are going to work. I appreciated them letting me know the timeframe and the steps needed to fix my car. They were ahead of schedule and followed up during the repairs to keep informed on the status of the repairs and the expected timeframe. This isn't something I'm used these days, it seems the customer is usually the one calling to check on things. When I picked up my vehicle, the service was quick once again. The BEST part though...after I left and got into my vehicle I notice the BEAUTIFUL fresh smell and then I looked around and to my SURPRISE my whole vehicle was CLEAN, inside and out!!!! “We were from out of town and they came quickly and grabbed our vehicle from an intersection where it had broken down. Excellent service and did NOT gouge us on a weekend despite being the only place open we could find. Polite and professional. We needed them and they came through.”

“1. Booked our Disney tour through CAA.2. Not much experience dealing with Asian and vegetarian needs. We ended up going with the recommendations and wasting 30% of our meal plan as there were not much Asian vegetarian option.(plain rice and half cooked big chunk of vegetables are what you get in quick meal) table service options fills fast so better to use uber eats and get delivery to the hotel. Dinner plan are rigid and non refundable.3. Good and quick response on email.4. Got $100 gift card that went into CAA membership. Also got luggage tags.5. With flair having direct flight and lot more Asian in the city, can have some recommendations for their needs.”
