Coast was able to get me an appointment for 4pm the same day and suggested I bring the car down even earlier, just in case. By lunchtime Rob called me with a diagnosis and estimate, and by 4:15 my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I certainly got a bit lucky with the way the scheduling worked out, but these guys understood my situation and really made every effort to get me back on the road ASAP.
