I was just into the McAllister Mall Store to buy sneakers for my great nieces. There were no other people in the store. And the clerks would not wait on us. They were putting away stock. I guess selling the stock is not important!

Absolutely horrid. Some of the women in there are so god damn rude, everytime I go in my customer service is horrible.. honestly can’t believe management allows such nasty behavior and bullying in their workplace. Definitely will not be spending a $ of my money in this place. Yall are whack ✌️

Poor customer service. Felt like we were bothering the shop keepers. Store was empty of customers and it’s not hard to see why. Do yourself a favour and visit Quarks instead, awesome customer service over there!
