    Won't stop bugging me at my house. I've called and told them to stop, put up "no soliciting" signs, they just keep showing up. Every "deal" they offer is more expensive than I pay for Bell's internet. Friendly staff, but very bad company.

    Hold time are absolutely ridiculous. Should not take 30 minutes to an hour to get through every time you call.

    I needed to have my sim card switched to an eSim so I visited the McAllister Mall location. Andrea was super helpful, she had me setup and good to go in less than 10 mins. She even verified with me that my phone worked with the new eSim before I left.
