My husband and I have been long time insured's at Rob Scott Ins Agency. We have always had great service dealing with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recently had the opportunity to go over my policies and coverage with Kelley Peake which ended up being a great review. She provided me with different options for coverage and costs and I made some changes to give me the coverage I needed and save me money in the long run. Thanks for the awesome service!

The best ever insurance company that we have are clients of. They have stepped up for us in so many ways over the decades that we have been with them. Once we had an issue with water and did not believe we were covered for it. They looked into it for us and said that we were. Took care of dealing with everyone for us. Sherry is amazing at what she does, Rob has been awesome, actually all of the staff go above and beyond for their customers. We can not say enough good about how comforted we are to know they have our best interests in mind and never, ever make you feel like anything but family to them. in a very good way! Life can be extremely busy for people and Customer Service unfortunately is not what it used to be. We're lucky if we actually speak to a REAL person, after reaching an automated service that asks you to "Press 1"for this, "Press 2" for that. By the time you get to the end you've forgotten who or what you called for.Thus the reason I've chosen to leave this review.I called Kelley at Rob Scott's office, the very day they returned from Holidays and I could only imagine how busy the office was for the girls. However, the manner in which I was received was worth everything. I needed a document that was time sensitive, and Kelley did everything in her power and more to ensure my request was honored. After realizing the document had to go through the Regional office and may not make its way back by end of day, I asked if there was any alternative, given the sensitivity of the matter. Kelley went "Above & Beyond" to make "things happen". She took the time to draft a "make due" document for me to have before she left the office. The next morning she sent a kind and caring email to confirm what she sent was serviceable and provided me with the Original, sent after the fact, from their Regional Office. I cannot say enough about the manner in which I was and always have been serviced through Rob Scott's office and his amazing"GIRLS" lol ? are "Second To None!" I've been with Rob Scott for many a year, and I don't "Press 1" to speak to anyone. I'm answered with a kind caring and "what can we do to help" greeting. Kelley you were a blessing yesterday and you and the staff deserve to read this review with a BIG ? SMILE on your face!Be PROUD of the service you provide. The kind of "Customer Service" you provide to your clients, seems to be a thing of the past, for some businesses, Ole' School some may say. But you are leaders in carrying out a neighbourly business that treats their patrons with CARING ❤'s. Something our world needs more of!Insurance isn't cheap but the extras you girls put into ensuring the clients needs are met make it "All Worthwhile! OMG some of the nicest most helpful people you ever want to do business with. Can I get insurance for less elsewhere ? Probably not..... but I don't know because I will never shop for insurance anywhere else. Thank you so much Sherry and all the staff. Keep up the great work.And yes.... We had to make a claim many years ago and it was resolved with no issue. :)
